چکیده

Introduction: Functional endoscopic sinus surgery has emerged as a superior technique in with lower incidence of associated complications compared to traditional surgeries; however, it still carries risks possible complications, some which could be attributable the variations that exist nose and paranasal anatomy. Variations uncinate process, one important structural landmarks functional can have implications during surgery. Therefore, identifying process becomes very consideration. The objective this study was identify on Multidetector Computed Tomography sinuses
Methods: This cross-sectional conducted Department Radiodiagnosis, Birat Medical College Teaching from December 2021 June 2022 after obtaining ethical clearance IRC. A total 240 participants referred Radiodiagnosis for CT sinuses were included study.
Results: most frequent attachment found Type I least common IV. variation UP pneumatisation. Most cases showed typical angulation followed by medial orientation lateral orientation.
Conclusion: is commendable tool these variations.

Abstract Introduction The tracheobronchial tree exhibits a wide range of variations. The purpose of this study is the investigation of the frequency and multidetector tomographic (MDCT) findings of anatomical variations of the main bronchi and of the lobar bronchi, as well as the detection of abnormal bronchi originated from the trachea, in subjects without severe bronchial pathology. Materials...
